From an ancient traditional Sicilian recipe, the Drago company has created this delicious and refined Sicilian tuna and orange cream. Only very fresh tuna, just caught, cooked, filleted by hand and emulsified with the juice of the best Sicilian oranges and olive oil. Few ingredients but of excellent quality that make this artisanally crafted citrusy tuna paté irresistible. Good for spreading and genuine, the tuna cream with oranges is free of starches and preservatives. One of Drago's most loved preserves even by the most demanding palates, ideal for highly prestigious buffets.
