Sauce au maquereau

Mackerel Gran Ragù is a preparation made with simple and genuine ingredients: tomato sauce, the best parts of mackerel, red chilli pepper and extra virgin olive oil. It is ideal for dressing pasta dishes that are really delicious and easy to prepare.

The mackerel, skin and bones removed, is homogenized with the other ingredients and placed in glass jars. It is a natural product and does not contain gluten.
