  • Honey

    The honey is the natural alimentary product for excellence. That sicialian and in particular the honey of the Nebrodi Mounts, introduces characteristics of authenticity and aromatic particular that they render it typical. E' produced in limited amount, with natural methods and no physical or chemical treatment that can some alter the quality. The varieties we offer, Tangerine,orange, lemon, almomd, Prickly pears are truly unique.

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced exclusively from olives harvested and pressed in Sicily, its area of origin. Prevalent varieties include Biancolilla, Nocellara del Belice and Cerasuola. Its unique characteristics are such to merit the recognition of the EEC Protected Designation of Origin P.D.O.

    The intense velvety scent, with notes of green tomatoes, make this oil particularly suitable to dress (in its raw state) fish and vegetable side dishes.

Depending on the recipe, they are flavored with spices or simply scalded or grilled. The vegetables are eventually dipped into extra virgin olive oil.
    Vegetables in oil can be used to prepare colored appetizers and typical Italian specialties, such as bruschettas and frisellas.

  • Sea salt

    We use only carefully selected herbs and spices to create special blend to add that true Italian flavour to vegetables, and meat and fish dishes. There are also blends for pasta and risotto dishes, spreads, and for grilling meat and poultry.

    The salt is collected and packed by hand following traditional methods. It is unrefined and is not chemically treated so this salt retains all it's natural trace minerals.

  • Pasta extruded through...

    Extruded through traditional 'bronze dies' creating a textured pasta with a rough surface, allowing sauces to stick for a fuller flavour. Have selected Italian durum wheat semolina to produce a traditional, porous bronze-die pasta. Pasta made using this method has a rough surface which allows sauces to stick during cooking for a fuller flavour. The colours red and green are given by the addition of natural ingredients such as spinach, and tomatoes dehydrated.
