Slow Food Presidium, real fine-grained sea salt is formed from the natural evaporation of sea water. During the transformation process it is not bleached or artificially refined, and therefore does not undergo any chemical treatment. Finally, it is ground and packaged without the addition of anti-caking additives. Contains more potassium, more magnesium and less sodium chloride. Used in the kitchen, it melts quickly, compared to coarse salt, and gives more flavor to dishes, because it is more seasoned.
