It has a firm texture and slightly crumbly consistency, you can enjoy it in slices, little cubes and as a filling too. Difficult to find an excuse for not trying it!

This cheese is great and a tasty version of the classic Sicilian Pecorino. It's semi hard and the black pepper gives it that extra kick. Its texture makes it ideal for cold appetizers, on pasta for meat stuffings.
