Overview 
White of Sicily. Wine very appreciated for his/her freshness and simplicity of gastronomic joinings. Inzolia and other typical places, harvests manually with light advance. "Classification: indication Geographical Typical Sicily 
vine: Sicilian variety to strong primary aroma 
Description 
Zone production: Center-western Sicily, provinces in Trapani and Agrigento 
Terrestrial: type mixed extending to the sandy one 
Vintage: manual (from end August to the IIIa week of September) 
Pressatura: soft with horizontal presses to membrane 
Surrender: wine flower 55%. Fermentation to low temperature (16° Cs.) 
Interruption of the fermentation through the cold to preserve the aroma, some gram of sugar and a moderate alcoholic way. 
Maturation: to temperature actually checked in January. 
Refinement: for one month in temperature checked bottle 
Color: yellow slim with greenish tones 
Perfume: yielded and fragrant with light aromatic note 
Taste: light, fresh, spirited, pleasantly aromatic 
Alcoholic gradation: 10,5% - 11%
Temperature of service: 6-8° Cs. 
Recommended glass: tulip wine glass of transparent glass 
Gastronomic combinings: as appetizer is cheerfully drunk, it is easily combined to appetizers, first dishes, fried of fish to sweet meat 
Way of maintenance: in very fresh environment (13° Cs.) and not excessively damp, to the shelter from the light 
Duration: it is a wine to drink him very young"
