Mandrarossa Fiano is a Sicilian white wine, made from 100% Fiano grapes from the vineyards located in Menfi. Calcareous soils with the typical white stones, locally called “ciaca bianca”, afford the ideal conditions for fiano. The result is a wine that expresses an extraordinary balance of scents and minerality.

Produced in Menfi, Fiano Ciaca bianca is a Sicilian wine with floral hints of jasmine and mineral notes given by the sea breeze. A very savory, fresh and soft white wine, perfect for aperitifs and with fish-based dishes.

Vinification: cryomaceration of the grapes at a temperature of 5-8°C for 4/6 hours. Then the must ferments for 15/20 days at 16-18°C
Aging: in steel vats for 4 months
Alcoholic content: 12.5% vol
Color: straw-yellow with greenish reflections
Nose: it has notes of jasmine, basil and grapefruit, sensations of tomato leaf and fresh laurel leaves
Palate: it is minerally and sapid, with scents of aromatic herbs as oregano and mint
Pairings: cheeses, seafood hors d’oeuvres, rice salads
