Vinification: Crushing-destemming and pressing in total shelter from the air (winemaking technique in "reduction"), natural decanting, fermentation at a controlled temperature (18 ° C) for 10 days. Bouquet: distinctly tropical aroma with notes of mango and papaya, which blend with hints of jasmine and white flowers
