Production technique: harvesting in boxes of only healthy grapes. Destalked, cold maceration of the skins with the must (4° C). Soft press of the grapes and very slow temperature controlled fermentation. Cold bottling and refined in the bottle for 3 monts;

This vine, with a very rich aromatic heritage, is cultivated on the gentle hills of Mount Erice. The wine which originates, with a velvet and soft taste, is characterized for its wide perfumes, recalling red berries, blended together in an equilibrate and harmonic way, with notes of leather and vanilla. Red refined in barriques;
“PietraSacra” comes from the magical meeting of noble vines, it is an elegant vintage of great depth. Its structure is rich, concentrated, mature and well developed, characterized by intense and longlasting perfumes. Its predominant personality, softly mitigated by the Sicilian terroir, gives this wine great charm and a velvet persuasiveness.
A red wine with a powerful personality: rich, intense and persistent. With a hint of wood hint of vanilla, this wine expresses the noble and mature nature of Originalrebe. Very dark in color and very concentrated, ripe and dried forest fruit scented. Recommended serving temperature 15 ° C
This dry spumante with rich and fine pérlage and intense and delicate perfume, springs up from a particular “cru” of Chardonnay produced in the vineyard. One perceives well blended, blod yeast tones, and notes of crust of bread and acacia honey in an elegant harmony. Fresh and fragrant-tasting, it has an equilibrated and aristocratic taste.
The typical notes of White Moscato seem to express their best in this Spumante. Pleasant floreal notes remind one of white roses, from which the choise of name, blend happily with fruity hints which give this spumante completely unique characteristics.
