Here the soil, rich in calcareous skeleton, and the characteristic climate of Campobello make it possible to obtain high quality sparkling wines characterized by greater verticality.

Extreme control of the refermentation phases and the aging times on the lees. Manual rémuage, careful study of the liqueur dosage at each disgorgement and resting times and final refinement, at least 6 months after dégorgement.
