Syrah is grown in different ways in the winery, depending on the intended use for the grapes, so these grapes come from a sunnier area than the first but have quite a different plant yield, in order to ensure a concentration that will make this wine ready to rest a year in small oak barrels, which have been previously used for our third Syrah.

The temperatures in summer are above 30 degrees, and the great changes in temperature intensify the properties of the Nero d’avola and Cabernet Franc, giving the wine power and elegance.

An important wine made from grapes called "Frappato" and "Nero D'Avola". It's respectful of Cerasuolo's tradition. Its intens and persistent scent recalls a ripe pomegranate. Its deep colour is like a cherry. It would be better to uncork the bottle one hour before and to serve it at 18°-20° C. about.

The penne lisce made with carefully selected, 100% Italian wheat, are mixed with water. bronze die extruded and dried slowly for up to 48 hours.
Even though this pasta is not grooved, these smooth penne are pleasantly coarse and can be paired with your most flavourful sauces.

Our pasta range is produced in Italy using expertise handed down to third generation pasta makers. Cook Italian pasta is made from 100% durum wheat semolina and shaped using bronze dies. 
Fusilli

The pasta used for the fusilli is made from Durum wheat. It is a tricky wheat to work with compared to other varieties because it requires hot water (190°F hot) to release the gluten and integrate the wheat and liquid to form a smooth pasta. Once the pasta is formed into sheets and allowed to cool, it's rolled to a thickness of three-eighths-of-an-inch and then cut into thin ribbons.

It is produced on the Sicani Mountains in south-central Sicily, from whole cow's milk. It is a raw cheese, soft and thin crust with mold native gray uniform. The dough is soft and compact, white; perfumes are milk and cream and the flavor is slightly acidic, with a sweet aftertaste and persistent. It is aged for sixty days in basement cellars of limestone on wooden shelves or holm oak.
