Baglio Ceuso: An icon of Sicilian winemaking

Nestled in the heart of western Sicily, between the rolling hills of Alcamo and Calatafimi Segesta, stands Baglio Ceuso, an authentic Sicilian winery that has its roots in the distant 1860.

History and tradition

The Baglio, once a thriving wine production center of the renowned Florio family, today represents a true jewel of industrial archaeology, testimony to a past rich in history and tradition. Its structure, characterized by an imposing architecture and ancient machinery, tells of an era in which innovation and passion for the production of quality wine blended in a perfect union.

Rebirth and new horizons

After a period of silence, the Baglio has recently been restored to its former splendor thanks to the commitment of the Tonnino family, custodians of an invaluable winemaking legacy. With a sustainable approach and respect for tradition, the Tonnino family has been able to breathe new life into this iconic place, transforming it into a point of reference for the production of excellent wines.

Ceuso wine: An oenological work of art

Within the walls of Baglio Ceuso, the famous Ceuso wine is born, a highly prestigious red, the result of a careful selection of Nero d'Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. This wine, an authentic expression of the Sicilian terroir, stands out for its aromatic complexity, its elegant structure and its extraordinary longevity.

An unforgettable sensory journey

Visiting Baglio Ceuso means embarking on a unique sensory journey, an experience that involves all the senses and allows you to discover the secrets of excellent wine production.
