Azienda Vinicole Miceli completely renovated the complex in 1995 with conservation interventions in the dammusi, now used for hospitality and promotional events, and in the cellar which was equipped with state-of-the-art steel systems, all with temperature-controlled tanks. The underground tanks dug into the tuff now house 110 barriques for the long refinement of the Passiti Doc. Formed between the end of the 19th century and the middle of the last century, the Pantelleria farm of the Rodo family carried out all normal agricultural activities. In addition to the dammusi for the family, there was the oil mill, the mill, the stable and the wine cellar. A further expansion took place in the 1950s with the construction of a cellar equipped with concrete tanks and dug into the volcanic tuff.
