It is pure, raw, goat cheese with sweet and delicate flavour, with a pleasant sour note. The crust is thin, slightly rustic red and brown. The paste is white, compact with diffuses and small irregular holes. Produced by an artisan-style.

Ingredients: whole goat milk, rennet and salt.
