The Hazelnut and Dark Chocolate Colomba is an artisan dessert produced by the renowned Forno Monastra, a reality present in Castell'Umberto, on the Nebrodi Mountains, since 1958. The careful selection of high quality raw materials, the craftsmanship, the slow leavening and the use of sourdough are the characteristics of this extraordinary Easter dove. The softness and fragrance of the dough, the delicious hazelnut chocolate filling and the irresistible dark chocolate icing with cocoa drops make this Colomba the perfect dessert for exchanging Easter greetings. Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, butter, cane sugar, egg yolk, hazelnut chocolate (cane sugar, hazelnut paste 30%, cocoa butter, whole milk powder), cane sugar, natural yeast ( type "0" soft wheat flour, water), hazelnut paste 5%, rice malt (barley malt, rice), vanilla, salt.
Ingredients Coverage: dark chocolate 10% (cocoa beans, cane sugar, vanilla, emulsifiers: sunflower lecithin).
