The combination of Pineapple and Apricot in this Easter dove with a slightly exotic taste shows the wisdom and originality of a master of the art of confectionery. Fiasconaro's Colomba with Pineapple and Apricot features candied pineapple and apricot fruit which enrich the fragrance and softness of the dough with fruity notes.

The use of mother yeast and the slow three-day leavening, the meticulous choice of quality raw materials, the exclusively artisanal processing and the passion for the flavors of our Sicily are just some of the characteristics of Fiasconaro's Easter doves.

The Fiasconaro brand has been synonymous with quality since 1953 but achieved success in the 90s, when the three brothers, Martino, Nicola and Fausto, began to carry on the business started by their father Mario. We are in Castelbuono, in Sicily, a small village in the Madonie park that has become famous for the excellence achieved in the confectionery sector thanks to the intuition of Nicola Fiasconaro. Choosing to interpret Panettone, the most traditional dessert in Milan, in a Sicilian way, Nicola has created a wide range of panettone and Easter doves that envy us all over the world.

Hand-wrapped, it is a sweet gift idea that will be appreciated for its goodness, softness and quality.

Ingredients: soft wheat flour, cubes of pineapple and candied apricots (20%) (pineapple apricots, glugose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid), butter, sugar, fresh eggs, yolk from fresh eggs, yeast natural (contains wheat flour), Sicilian honey, invert sugar, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, PDO Marsala wine, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural flavors: vanilla beans.

Icing (11%): (egg white from fresh eggs, sugar, rice flour, armelline flour, modified starch, flavorings, pistachio paste) granulated sugar (2%), pistachio (Pistacia vera L.) (2%) .

It may contain traces of nuts.
