Colombacco Pistachio Colomba - Sicilian Product!

Soft dough, delicious filling with exquisite pistachio cream and elegant decoration with pistachio grains and pistachio-flavored Colombian "Fino de Aroma" white chocolate glaze make ColomBacco a unique and inimitable Easter cake. The choice of high quality ingredients and the tasty and genuine green pistachio produced on the lava terroirs of Etna are the basis of the genuineness of this Easter dove.

Ingredients Dough: Type 0 soft wheat flour, butter, water, sugar, egg yolk, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural wheat yeast powder (type 0 wheat flour, sourdough in wheat powder, enzymes, flour treatment agent: E300), skimmed milk powder, salt, dextrose, whey powder, yeast, flavorings.

Ingredients Filling: glugose syrup, pistachio paste 30% (pistachios, dyes: chlorophyll, curcumin), sugar, water, cream powder, sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, alcohol, flavorings. Stabilizers: pectin

Ingredients Coverage: Sugar, cocoa butter, pistachio grains 20%, whole milk powder, pistachio paste 3% (pistachio colors: chlorophyll, curcumin), emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Treated with ethyl alcohol on the surface.
