The most representative Easter dove of the Madonite territory created by Fiasconaro is the Colomba Oro di Manna, a soft dough with gianduia chocolate drops and manna cream to spread, covered with white chocolate glaze and mannetti (manna cannoli). It is precisely from the bark of the ash trees present on the Madonie, between Castelbuono and Pollina, that manna is extracted, a gift from God according to the Holy Bible. The craftsmanship, the use of mother yeast and the slow 3-day leavening make this colomba more digestible and fragrant.

Slow Food Presidium, manna is a "divine" and typical Sicilian ingredient with which Fiasconaro gave life to his most representative Easter dove of the Madonie area. In addition to having digestive, detoxifying and diuretic properties, manna is an excellent natural sweetener and its active ingredient, mannite, is a colorless and odorless alcohol also known as "manna sugar" for its sugary taste. From the health care with which it has reduced the amount of added sugars and from the enhancement of an excellent Sicilian product, Fiasconaro has given life to its Colomba alla Manna.

The Colomba Oro di Manna is covered with a sweet white chocolate glaze with mannetti (cannoli di manna) that is small white stalactites of sap extracted from the bark of the ash trees which solidifies thanks to the sun. The fragrant dough of the dove, rich in gianduia chocolate chips, is made even more delicious by the captivating and unusual flavor of the manna spread contained in the package.

The use of mother yeast and the slow three-day leavening, the meticulous choice of quality raw materials, the exclusively artisanal processing and the passion for the flavors of our Sicily are just some of the characteristics of Fiasconaro's Easter doves.

The Fiasconaro brand has been synonymous with quality since 1953 but achieved success in the 1990s, when the three brothers, Martino, Nicola and Fausto, began to carry on the business started by their father Mario. May contain traces of other nuts.

Manna Cream Ingredients: Vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, cocoa butter, safflower), white cane sugar, mannite powder with manna (13.5%) (mannite, manna 30%), maltitol, skimmed milk powder, hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), milk proteins, low-fat cocoa powder, safflower extract powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavors. It may contain traces of other nuts and / or lupine.
