The use of mother yeast and the slow three-day leavening, the meticulous choice of quality raw materials, the exclusively artisanal processing and the passion for the flavors of our Sicily are just some of the characteristics of Fiasconaro's Easter doves.

The Fiasconaro brand has been synonymous with quality since 1953 but achieved success in the 1990s, when the three brothers, Martino, Nicola and Fausto, began to carry on the business started by their father Mario. We are in Castelbuono, in Sicily, a small village in the Madonie park that has become famous for the excellence achieved in the confectionery sector thanks to the intuition of Nicola Fiasconaro. Choosing to interpret Panettone, the most traditional dessert in Milan, in a Sicilian way, Nicola has created a wide range of panettone and Easter doves that are envied by us all over the world.

Packaged in an elegant box containing the dove, the jar of avola almond cream and a Spalmino signed by Fiasconaro, it is a refined gift idea that will be appreciated for its goodness, softness and quality.

Colomba ingredients: soft wheat flour, butter, eggs, sugar, egg yolk, natural yeast (contains wheat), Sicilian honey, invert sugar, orange puree (ground orange peel, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural flavors: vanilla beans.

Ingredients White glaze: sugar, vegetable fat, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavorings, almond leaves. It may contain traces of sesame.

Almond Cream Ingredients: Almond (Amygdalus communis L.) (31%), sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, cocoa butter, safflower), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavors, salt. It may contain traces of other nuts and/or lupine.
