Grown in a small Sicilian town at the foot of Etna, the pistachios from this area north-west of the volcano have an inimitable flavor and are recognizable for their fragrance, consistency and taste.
The flour obtained from the "Pistachio Verde di Bronte D.O.P." * is used in the preparation of cakes, savory recipes or simply to give a touch of originality.
