Typical Sicilian product known and appreciated all over the world, the caper is a very versatile aroma in the kitchen that gives elegance and taste to even the simplest dishes. We offer you the best IGP certified Pantelleria capers under the Kazzen Oro di Pantelleria brand, a company duly registered in the list of IGP Caper di Pantelleria packers since 30 July 2013. Medium-sized aromatic and fine capers flavored with sea salt. The goodness of these Capers of Pantelleria IGP in salt is due to the attention with which the entire production process is carried out, from cultivation to processing, keeping the organoleptic and aromatic characteristics unaltered. Excellent aromatic quality which distinguishes them from capers grown in other areas of Sicily.

Harvest: manual, every 8/10 days from May to September to pick the flower buds that have not yet blossomed

Colour: dark green tending towards mustard with violet reflections

Perfume: intense and true, typical of the Caper of Pantelleria

Taste: aromatic, not rude and herbaceous like other capers harvested and processed in lands far from Pantelleria

Use: ideal for salads, sauces and pasta sauces. Also excellent for garnishing meat and fish dishes

Tip: desalinate before use

Storage: keep in a cool and dry place. Once the jar is opened, keep it in the fridge
