The beans are ideal as a side dish. Excellent in combination with bitter vegetables such as chicory.

Method of preparation: Wash the beans thoroughly, soak them in cold water for 4/6 hours. Replace the water and put them on the fire in a preferably earthenware pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 90 minutes. Season with salt.
A visual check is recommended before use for the possible presence of foreign bodies.
