Authentic Rural Gin Gil - Artisan Liqueur!
Produced by Vecchio Magazzino Doganale in a rural way and from raw materials of the territory, Gin Gil is a precious distillate created by Dr. Gil, doctor on board the ship wrecked on the coast of Calabria, at the end of the 1800s. It is born from the union of infusions separated in cereal alcohol (wheat, corn and barley) of Calabrian citrus fruits, such as IGP lemons, sweet and bitter oranges and bergamot, botanicals such as lavender and aloe and aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub such as oregano, together with separate distillates of juniper and other botanicals such as Wormwood, Angelica and Elderflower.
The result of the craftsmanship of Vecchio Magazzino Doganale, Gil is a soft and mineral gin, with a turbid color, without dyes, filtered only with linen cloths.
