Amaro Florio is also known as Amaro or Elisir della Compagnia because during the 1800s it was reserved exclusively for the crews of the vessels of the Compagnia di Navigazione Florio which transported colonial foodstuffs and spices from the Far East.

Sicilian Bordeaux wine
Burdese by Planeta is a Sicilian red wine with a Bordeaux blend. The name itself in the local Burdisi/Burdese dialect means Bordeaux and refers to the classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Produced in limited quantities, Burdese is an aging wine of great density, structure and balance. Due to its complexity it has few similar in Sicily.

Harmonium Grappa riserva is a blend of acquavite of different vintages, distilled over a maximum period of 5 years and aged in barrels of limousine oak, beech, chestnut, mulberry and cherry. Each type of wood contributes to a specific characterization of absolute authenticity and craftsmanship.

Nocellara Etnea 2020 is an intense and harmonious monocultivar oil from Etna, fruity and elegant, characterized by scents of cut grass and artichoke. The harmonious balance between bitter and spicy makes this oil particularly pleasant on the palate.

This dry spumante with rich and fine pérlage and intense and delicate perfume, springs up from a particular “cru” of Chardonnay produced in the vineyard. One perceives well blended, blod yeast tones, and notes of crust of bread and acacia honey in an elegant harmony. Fresh and fragrant-tasting, it has an equilibrated and aristocratic taste. 

Natural “passito” of Pantelleria obtained from a careful selection of muscat of Alexandria grapes or Zibibbo, hand-picked towards the end of August and then dried. It is golden-yellow with amber reflections and you can make out scents of tropical fruit and honey in its wonderful aroma. Best with oven-baked cakes and piquant cheeses.

The Camelot by Firriato is a Sicilian red wine with a ruby red color. It is obtained with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. This wine is dedicated to the most demanding wine lovers, those who love great wines and want to mantain traditions.

Milleanni Donnafugata - Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A red wine made from a Sicilian grape like the Nero d'Avola and vinified with a small quantity of Merlot grapes left to ripen under the hot Sicilian sun. The extra virgin olive oil "Il Feudo" is an excellent quality organic oil, mainly obtained from the "minuta" variety, and cold extracted through the Superdecanter X15 of the Tuscan Mechanical Workshops, thanks to which the oil is free of impurities and it preserves its organoleptic characteristics since it does not undergo a further passage in the final separator.

An important wine made from grapes called "Frappato" and "Nero D'Avola". It's respectful of Cerasuolo's tradition. Its intens and persistent scent recalls a ripe pomegranate. Its deep colour is like a cherry. It would be better to uncork the bottle one hour before and to serve it at 18°-20° C. about.

Classic Method Federico II - Cantina G. Milazzo
Milazzo's Federico II is a rich, delicate, balanced and fine Sicilian sparkling wine.  Excellent as an aperitif, it is a sparkling wine of great value that goes well with meals and in particular with dishes based on fish, molluscs and crustaceans.

This 100% Insolia opens with a bright golden color and tight aromas of apricot, candied fruit, lemon mousse and pear. It shows nice intensity and a bright note of bitter almond on the close.

The wine D'Istinto Syrah Caltrasi shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of black cherry and plum followed by aromas of blackberry, blueberry, violet, black pepper and hints of vanilla.

Rosè di Rosa BIO - Milazzo Wineries
Rosè di Rosa di Milazzo was born from the rediscovery of an ancient Calabrese biotype, the "Inzolia Rosa". It is a sparkling wine with a fragrant and full taste with good sapidity that recalls the ripe fruitiness of wild berries.

Located a few kilometres from Alcamo in a soft hilly landscape, the family owned estate consists of 30 hectares, 25,5 of which are cultivated as vineyards. Only 8,5 hectares have been selected for producing CEUSO grapes.

Grappa Ben Ryè is obtained from the distillation of the prized Zibibbo pomace from which the extraordinary Passito di Pantelleria Ben Ryé is obtained. Grappa with an intense aroma, aged for a long time in small carats.

Our Grappa Duca Enrico is the fruit of the marc obtained from the finest Nero d' Avola grapes selected for our "great wine". Our steam pot stills and the slow and controlled distillation have created a unique grappa, which, after aging in small, fine oak casks, embodies the essence and strong character of Sicily and the rich hints of the best Nero d'Avola grapes.

This international blend is named after the river which runs through the estate. The white clay found in the vineyards is the key to great maturation of the grapes and the elegant character of the final blends.

“Catarratto” is one of the oldest native grape variety in Sicily. Widely cultivated in the western region of the island, it is one of the leading Sicilian white grape varieties today. A very drinkable wine with persuasive and enjoyable flavors and a crunchy fruit taste. Benedè is a traditional wine, invaluable proof of Catarratto grapes, that have been cultivated in Sicily for a long time.

Vera Grappa of Nero d'Avola - Milazzo Winery
From the precious pomace of Nero d'Avola with which the extraordinary reds of the Milazzo Winery are produced, we obtain the Vera Grappa di Nero d'Avola by Milazzo. The distillation is artisanal and discontinuous, in copper stills, with direct steam. The result is a "raw" grappa which, "cut" and cold-filtered to best preserve all the aromas, takes on a clear appearance and offers a balanced and round bouquet.

From the marvelous island of Pantelleria and from the best selection of Muscat of Alessandria grapes or Zibibbo here is an excellent sweet, light gold wine with an intense, elegant aroma. Ideal with dried fruit and as an after dinner wine.

Feudo dei Fiori di Mandrarossa is a Sicilian white wine, made from Vermentino, Sauvignon and Chardonnay grapes. The white wine Feudo Dei Fiori has a very intense full-bodied fruit and brings as everywhere in Italy very fruity, sometimes bold white wines.

Made from Chenin Blanc grapes with the Charmat method, Chenin Blanc from Mandrarossa is a fresh, savory and elegant Brut with a long and persistent finish.

The young and thriving Nero d’Avola vineyards, planted in 2000 using an espalier training system, are lying on clay soils, rich in limestone and potassium. Produced from the most important Sicilian red grape, Donnatà has a strong and complex personality, which generously expresses its origins by being a very enjoyable and well-balanced wine.

Outstanding by nature and very pleasing to the palate, Kaid Syrah is a powerful and complex wine which marries exuberance, silkiness and exceptional intensity. Syrah is considered the most “Sicilian” among the international vine varieties. Already implanted in 1989, in Contrada Mandranova, it has wonderfully adapted to the local climatic conditions.

From an accurate selection of the best Zibibbo grapes in the province of Trapani one of the most famous sweet Sicilian i.g.t. wines is obtained. Colour light straw-yellow and with its strong aroma it is an ideal dessert wine.

A lively, exuberant and at the same time ample and refined wine, Kaid Sauvignon is an organic wine produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown at 330 meters above sea level on a clayey and sandy soil. With a dense and vibrant texture, it is an elegant and enveloping wine that captivates without tiring.

The great aromatic potential of the Zibibbo grapes grown on the volcanic lands of the windy island of Pantelleria is what makes Grappa Morsi di Luce so uninque. It is the fruit of the masterly and careful distillation of the marc in steam pot stills. This grappa captures all the hints and scents rich of the sunny warmth and aromas typical of Zibibbo grapes.

This very delicate sweet wine is obtained from the best selection of white Malvasia grapes. It is deep straw-yellow and ripe fruit dominates its aroma; taste full and harmonious.

Each varietal is harvested separately to ensure optimal ripening. Grapes are destemmed, crushed and the resultant must is rapidly chilled to 39°F on its way to the pneumatic presses. Some portions of the fruit are given skin contact in order to extract flavor and body.

In the most ancient vineyards of the estate, on the hill overlooking Mandranova plain, Catarratto reveals its full potential in one of its highest expressions. Catarratto Vigna di Mandranova is an elegant wine, to be uncorked in special moments. Seductive and harmonious in its fruity and floral bouquet, it will pleasantly surprise you with its spicy and mineral ending.

Quater is a modern grappa with a soft aromatic bouquet. A highly developed distillate aimed at a discerning international audience, no longer used to the traditional grappa. It is a acquavite that is refined and attentively treated in every aspect of its production. 

Passito di Pantelleria Duca di Castelmonte is yellow with amber reflections. Intense and persistent with hints of apricot jam and acacia honey.

Evocative wine of our Sicily for its flavor and its floral and citrus aromas, Kebrilla by Fina is a very fresh and elegant organic white wine, produced from Grillo grapes, the oldest Sicilian vine. Tasting it is like "taking a leap" to Sicily.

This grappa is obtained from the marcs of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, of the vineyard of Serra dell Contessa Etna Red D.O.C. Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio are cultivated on the eastern slopes of Etna at 400 m asl.

Light straw yellow wine with greenish tints. The aroma is fresh and vegetable, with notes of broom and salt. The taste is fresh, lively and agreeable.

Amaro Unico - The Sicilian artisanal Amaro
Unico is the artisanal Sicilian Amaro produced by Compagnia Mediterranea Liquori according to the ancient tradition, without artificial flavors, preservatives, additives and caramel. The star ingredient of Unico is Sicilian avocado, the new "Green Gold" of Sicily.

From the Sicilian red grape variety par excellence, Fina winery produces its organic Nero d'Avola. Wide and velvety, it is a red wine with great structure and aromatic persistence, excellent to accompany succulent dishes.

Grappa is actually a brandy distilled from grape seeds and pomace. Dry and high in alcohol, it is usually white and served as an after dinner drink. 

Amaro dell’Etna - Sicilian Amaro since 1901
Prepared according to the ancient Sicilian tradition, for over a century, the Amaro dell’Etna is a bitter with character and an intense and spicy taste. Produced without preservatives and without artificial colors or sources of gluten, it is an authentic liqueur, appreciated by lovers of good spirits.

Full and intense taste for the Kikè of the Fina winery, white wine produced from Traminer Aromatico grapes, an aromatic variety planted in Sicily only recently, with a small percentage of Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Excellent to accompany appetizers, snacks and fish dishes. Surprising as an aperitif.

Delightful notes of dried fruits and apricots consistent with the original grapes carry through this perfect expression of grappa.

Colour - amber-coloured with old gold highlights. Aroma - extremely fine with scents of raisins and vanilla. Flavour - warm and full, with an elegant finish of bitter almonds and raisins. 

Cantine Fina's Mamarì is not the classic Sauvignon Blanc but it is a Sicilian Sauvignon Blanc. Widespread in Sicily since the mid-nineties, the vine has found an ideal habitat that has allowed it to develop unique and unmistakable typical Sicilian olfactory and gustatory characteristics. It is a fresh wine vinified in steel with fruity and floral notes. Great to accompany sushi and sashimi!

Grappa Mille e una Notte Donnafugata - Grappa made from fine red grapes
An excellent digestive, Donnafugata's Grappa Mille e una Notte is produced from the distillation of the precious red grapes used for the Mille e una Notte wine. Aged in barriques, it has an extraordinarily pleasant and appealing wide array of aromas, revealing notes of dried, toasted, cooked fruit as well as fruit in syrup and even ripe morello cherries, which alternate with notes of honey and vanilla. Soft on the palate, it is a Sicilian grappa with an aristocratic and persuasive personality.

International grape variety best interpreted from Sicily, Syrah by Fina is a robust, well-structured and persistent wine. Fruity aroma of blackberries and spicy notes of black pepper for a perfect red wine to accompany medium strong flavors.

This grappa is obtained from the marcs of Carricante, of the vineyard of Pietramarina Etna Biano Superiore D.O.C. Carricante is cultivated on the eastern slopes of Etna at 920 m asl.

Colour - old gold with golden highlights. Aroma - extremely fine with scents of bitter almonds and burnt honey. Flavour - dry, extraordinarily balanced with an aristocratic finish of vanilla and liquorice roots. 

Elegance, personality and long persistence characterize Perricone by Fina, a Sicilian red wine in purity with soft tannins, evocative of the territory of origin for its organoleptic qualities.

A white wine obtained mainly from Inzolia, a traditional Sicilian grape, combined with non-native Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, harvested when at a good stage of ripeness and vinified in mixed varieties according to the most up-to-date oenology protocol. A wine full of primary and secondary bouquets. The taste is persistent and full-bodied.
