Blend obtained by Chardonnay, Jacquère and Altesse, the Brut Crémant de Savoie will enchant your aperitifs with a lot of freshness and simplicity. Chardonnay gives it substance and finesse. The Jacquère and the Altesse gives it its typicity and originality.






Grape variety: 30% chardonnay, 50% jacquère, 20% altesse
Terroir: Sheltered from the northerly winds on the slopes of Fréterive and St Jean de la Porte, in the heart of the Combe de Savoie region where our vines extend. The vineyard is made up of young and old vines. Clay-limestone soil of stony scree, sloping hillsides, facing south in sunshine.
Production: 20,000 bottles
Vinification: Manual harvest in perforated boxes. Direct rennet. Severe settling. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Fermentation temperature 16 ° C. Foam fermentation and conservation "on latte" in our cellars.
Eye: Luminous golden color
Nose: White fruits and exotic fruits, lychee, mango, pineapple, sweet fine spices, a touch of flint, honey.
Taste: Ample and round, quite long on lemon and a finely spicy note.
Tasting advice: Green tapenade, country ham, roasted vegetables with green olives, chicken tajine with lemon, gruière, apricot clafoutis. To drink between 10 ° C and 12 ° C, never iced.
