Production area: on the slopes of Fréterive and St Jean de la Porte, in the heart of the Combe de Savoie region

Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Second fermentation in the bottle. Second fermentation and rest on the yeasts for at least 9 months
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol
Perlage: fine and persistent
Eye: Luminous golden color
Nose: White fruits and exotic fruits, lychee, mango, pineapple, sweet fine spices, a touch of flint, honey
Taste: Ample and round, quite long on lemon and a finely spicy note
Tasting recommendations: sparkling wine as an aperitif, excellent with green tapenade, ham, roasted vegetables with green olives, lemon chicken tajine, gruière, apricot clafoutis
