Blanc de Blancs Breton Corentin is a French Champagne made from Chardonnay grapes, excellent with fish based appetizers.






Denomination: AOC Champagne
Vintage: No vintage (2014 harvest 30% 2015 harvest 70%)
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Terroir: medium-deep soil, characterized by the famous Kimmeridgien, liberator of clay and pebbles.
Vinification: harvested when perfectly ripe. Gentle and progressive pressing of the Champagne. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Aging on the fine lees. Blending. Cold passage, fermentation in the bottle at a low temperature of 13°C. Aging in the cellar for at least 3 years.
Acidity: 6.2 g / liter
Addition: 7.5g / L
Alcoholic content: 12% vol
Production: 5000 bottles
Color: golden yellow
Nose: hints of toast and apricot and notes of white flowers
Mouth: soft and creamy effervescence
Pairing: excellent with fish-based appetizers such as sardine rillettes, scallops and squid dressed with lemon.
