Grape variety: 51% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay, 13% Pinot Meunier
SENSATIONS EYE: Bright straw yellow with fine bubbles.
NOSE: A bouquet of acidulous fruits in which aromas of William pear, apple and citrus fruits are precisely found. After a few minutes, aromas of freshly baked pastries appear.
PALATE: Generous with hints of ripe fruit, notes of mandarin, lemon and grapefruit that explode on the palate and give a sensation of freshness. The maturation is expressed through notes of brioche and dried fruit
SERVICE: Serving temperature – between 6 and 8 °C.
STORAGE: Store away from light and at a constant temperature, between 10 and 15 °C.
