Pantelleria specialty, the Zibibbo grape jam is a delicious spreadable preparation based only on the first fruits of Zibibbo grapes and sugar. The grapes are harvested at the end of July from vineyards grown on the land of Pantelleria overlooking the sea. Good and genuine, the Zibibbo Jam is prepared by cooking the grapes, expertly cared for and without the pips. The addition of sugar takes place in the second cooking according to an ancient tradition of Pantelleria.
