The crunchy Almond Nougat of Bacco is produced according to the ancient Sicilian tradition of "torronari", which has always been present at religious and village festivals.
Handcrafted with quality almonds caramelized with sugar and honey in huge pots, the nougat is spread on the marble, and then cut into sticks with a knife.
Few and simple ingredients for an almond nougat appreciated by adults and children for its goodness and crunchiness. Ideal to nibble at any time of the day for a sweet break, accompanied by a good sweet wine such as Passito di Pantelleria.
Ingredients: Almonds 48%, sugar, honey.
It may contain traces of other nuts (almonds and hazelnuts), flours with gluten, milk, eggs and soy.
