Slow Food Presidium, in addition to having digestive, detoxifying and diuretic properties, manna is an excellent natural sweetener and its active ingredient, mannite, is a colorless and odorless alcohol also known as "manna sugar" due to its sugary taste. Ingredients: Sicilian almonds (Amigdalus communis L.) (41%), sugar, Sicilian honey, glucose syrup, pistachio (Pistacia vera L.) (5%), egg white, manna paste (1.33 %) (manna (25%), manitol, glugose-fructose syrup, caramelized sugar, natural flavors). White chocolate coating (30%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavors). It may contain traces of nuts. In the production plant, lactose, whole milk powder, milk proteins are used.
