Crunchy Pistachio Nougat - Sicilian Product!

The Nougat with Pistachio of Bacco follows the recipe of the ancient Sicilian tradition of "torronari", which have always been present at religious and village festivals.

The production is artisanal and consists in caramelizing the best Sicilian pistachios with sugar and honey in huge pots. The nougat obtained is spread on the marble and cut into stick with a knife.

Bacco is in fact a Sicilian artisan company that deals with the entire production and processing chain of pistachio. The wisdom of manual work combined with the use of technological machinery and the excellent quality of pistachio, produced without the addition of preservatives or animal fats, lead to the production of an excellent pistachio nougat.

Three simple ingredients for a pistachio nougat appreciated by adults and children for its goodness and crunchiness. Ideal to nibble at any time of the day for a sweet break, accompanied by a good sweet wine such as Passito di Pantelleria.

Ingredients: Pistachio 48%, sugar, honey.

It may contain traces of other nuts (almonds and hazelnuts), flours with gluten, milk, eggs and soy.
