Sparkling Rosé Michè Michele Satta
Produced according to the ancestral method in Bolgheri, Michè di Michele Satta is a Sangiovese vinified in rosé. After aging in amphorae, it slowly referments in the bottle, developing a natural sparklingness.

Harvest period: end of August
Fermentation: natural, without temperature control, in short contact with the skins
Aging: in amphora with its own yeasts. After bottling, the wine undergoes a slow refermentation which gives it a natural effervescence.
Alcohol content: 10.5%
Tasting: offers notes of red fruits, wild herbs and yeasts. Subtle acidity and slight presence of tannins.
