With a round taste, with character, it is a fruity sparkling wine with intense aromas and flavors thanks to the Sauvignon Blanc grapes rarely destined for sparkling wines. Non avendolo mai bevuto prima ho acquistato poche bottiglie del Tener Brut Banfi e con amici le abbiamo prosciugate ben fredde associandole a tramezzini fatti in casa con panettone rustico salmone al miele prosciutto crudo e cotto culatello e sopprassata avellinese su velo di formaggi dolci poco esuberanti. Questo spumante innanzitutto come da tempo accade con prodotti analoghi etichettati brut per il rispetto delle normative e dei disciplinari a mio giudizio andrebbe annoverato fra gli Extra Dry per il gusto che presenta al palato: gusto poco asciutto ma pieno floreale delicato e adeguatamente persistente e non troppo "gassificato". L'ho ricomprato e lo berremo anche a Capodanno.
