Slowly leavened pear and chocolate panettone by master pastry chefs Fiasconaro

The Fiasconaro Pear and Chocolate Panettone combines the sweet taste of candied William pears with the bitter taste of dark chocolate chips, a perfect and balanced combination of flavours. The soft and fragrant dough is even more digestible thanks to slow leavening. Perfect dessert at the end of the meal.

The Fiasconaro brand has been synonymous with quality since 1953 but achieved success in the 90s, when the three brothers, Martino, Nicola and Fausto, began to carry on the business started by their father Mario. We are in Castelbuono, in Sicily, a small village in the Madonie park that has become famous for the excellence achieved in the confectionery sector thanks to the intuition of Nicola Fiasconaro. Choosing to interpret Panettone, the most traditional dessert in Milan, in a Sicilian way, Nicola has created a wide range of panettone that envy us all over the world.

Some of the characteristics of Fiasconaro panettone are: the use of mother yeast and the slow leavening of three days, the meticulous choice of quality raw materials, the exclusively artisanal processing and the passion for the flavors of our Sicily.

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs from free-range hens, candied pear (9%) (pears, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice), white chocolate coating (8%) (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), chocolate drops (8%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural flavor vanilla), yolk from fresh free-range eggs, sourdough (contains wheat flour), couverture chocolate (contains soy), pear granules (1%) (pear juice (16%), pear puree (14%), apple puree (9%), fructose syrup, sugar, rice flour, cocoa butter, gelling agents: pectin, acidifiers: citric acid, natural flavors, acidity regulators: potassium citrate), honey di Sicilia, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, "Marsala DOP wine", cocoa butter, milk cremated powder, salt, natural vanilla flavoring, rice flour, wheat malt, glazing agents (shellac, gum arabic). It may contain traces of nuts and lupine.
