Nebrodi homemade bread is a food that cannot be missing from your tables. Soft, natural, fragrant made with durum wheat semolina flour, natural yeast and cooked in a wood oven.

Ingredients: durum wheat flour, partly mixed with soft wheat flour, salt, water and "u ripigghiaturi", or sourdough. What most differentiates this type of bread from industrially produced bread, in addition to the undoubted quality of its basic ingredients, is the use of this type of yeast, together with cooking in a wood oven.

It is possible to order it in the typical ovoid shape, called in the Nebroid dialect "cuddura", a symbol of fertility.
