Sicilian cheese with Pistachio
A young Sicilian pasteurised sheep’s milk cheese, matured for 8-10 days with the addition of chopped Pistachio Nuts. Try with honey!

SHAPE: The shape is cylindrical with flat or slightly concave, with a rough surface because of modeling left out of the basket.
WEIGHT: The weight is variable, usually from 1 Kg to 10 Kg, the rind from 10 to 18 cm.
FEATURES NOTES: It has a mild, pleasant in the mouth and a pleasant smell. It goes very well with white wine novice, ideal as an aperitif or as an appetizer.
It is ideal for appetizer and it has a delicate taste. It is made with fresh sheep’s milk and the curd is eriched with the “green gold of Sicily”. The Pistachio totally handmade with natural process and without additives of any kind.
