Pruning method: Short with 8-10 spurs
Vineyard density: 2,500 vines per hectare
Soils: Volcanic sand mixed with intrusive rock
Yield per hectare: 30 q
Yield per vine: 1,2 kg
Vinification: The grapes are given extra-long ripening time on the vine, then only the healthiest grapes are hand-picked into shallow boxes. The must is given a lengthy maceration on the skins, followed by pressing and a very slow fermentation.
Ageing: 18 months in stainless steel tanks
Alcoholic content: 14% vol.

Nose: Intense, harmonious, with scents of apricot and honey, notes of citrus
Palate: Superb depth and complexity, generous and velvet-smooth, with nuances of honey and acacia blossom.
