Fine Marsala wine made from Grillo, Catarratto and Inzolia grapes. Aged for over a year in oak barrels. Goes well with cakes and in cooking.

Intense amber. Typical of Marsala. Medium dry style which is fine and delicate. This wine has similar characteristics to sherry with hints of vanilla and caramel. Used extensively in Italian cooking but it also makes a fine aperitif.
