The fermentation is carried out under a controlled temperature, with the addition of pure alcohol until the correct alcohol content is reached, it is then stored and aged for 5 years in oak barrels.

Pairings: Meditation wine, it fits perfectly both with traditional Sicilian desserts based on ricotta or almonds, and with blue or aged cheeses.
