Nesos Passito di Pantelleria

Born from Zibibbo grapes (Moscato d'Alessandria) grown with passion on heroic terraces, caressed by the scorching sun and salty winds, this golden nectar tells a thousand-year-old story of toil, tradition and love for the land.

The grapes are laid on reed racks, exposed to the hot sun of Pantelleria for a period that varies depending on the year, thus concentrating the sugars and aromas. This slow drying is an ancient ritual, a tribute to time and nature.

A sensory journey into the heart of Pantelleria.

Nesos Passito di Pantelleria DOC is not just a wine, it is an experience that captures the very essence of a volcanic island suspended between the sky and the sea. Born from Zibibbo grapes (Moscato d'Alessandria) grown with passion on heroic terraces, caressed by the scorching sun and salty winds, this golden nectar tells a thousand-year-old story of toil, tradition and love for the land.

A unique process, an unmistakable flavor.

The magic of Nesos Passito begins with the manual harvest, a careful selection of the ripest and most perfect bunches. The grapes are then placed on cane racks, exposed to the hot sun of Pantelleria for a period that varies depending on the year, thus concentrating the sugars and aromas. This slow drying is an ancient ritual, a tribute to time and nature.

An explosion of aromas and flavors.

Poured into the glass, Nesos Passito reveals an intense golden yellow color, almost amber, which preludes a complex and enveloping olfactory bouquet. The nose releases intense notes of candied fruit, such as apricot and orange peel, which blend with hints of acacia honey, dates, dried figs and raisins. A delicate floral background of orange blossom and jasmine intertwines with deeper notes of Mediterranean scrub, evoking the inebriating scents of the island. On the palate, Nesos Passito envelops with its velvety sweetness, never cloying, thanks to a pleasant freshness that balances its richness. The aromatic persistence is extraordinary, leaving an indelible memory of warm and enveloping flavors.
