Prickly Pear Rosolio - Sicilian Prickly Pear Liqueur!
The Rosolio di Ficodindia is a typical Sicilian liqueur, the result of a patient craftsmanship that uses the best prickly pears for sweetness and fragrance thanks to the richness of the volcanic soils and the warm Sicilian sun.
After being peeled, the prickly pears are immersed in high quality alcohol according to an ancient recipe to best preserve their natural aromas. The infusion is then filtered and mixed with water and sugar.
Excellent at the end of a meal, to accompany dessert or as a gift idea.
It is advisable to shake to amalgamate any natural sediments deposited on the bottom of the bottle.

Serving temperature: 4°C. Also perfect served iced.
