The artichokes in oil are produced by the Ortoledda company by selecting only the heart of the best artichokes from Niscemi, a Sicilian town considered the capital of the artichoke. These delicious Sicilian artichokes with a compact heart, with little presence of pappus or "beard" and a delicate, aromatic and persistent taste, are flavored with wine vinegar, seasoned with a few genuine ingredients and preserved in sunflower seed oil.
