Eruzione 1614 Carricante by Planeta is a Sicilian white wine from Carricante grapes, with a small addition of Riesling. The cultivation on black soils rich in minerals of the Sciaranuova vineyard, at an altitude of 890 m on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, give this wine minerality, freshness and flavor.

“Catarratto” is one of the oldest native grape variety in Sicily. Widely cultivated in the western region of the island, it is one of the leading Sicilian white grape varieties today. A very drinkable wine with persuasive and enjoyable flavors and a crunchy fruit taste. Benedè is a traditional wine, invaluable proof of Catarratto grapes, that have been cultivated in Sicily for a long time.

A lively, exuberant and at the same time ample and refined wine, Kaid Sauvignon is an organic wine produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown at 330 meters above sea level on a clayey and sandy soil. Seductive and harmonious in its fruity and floral bouquet, it will pleasantly surprise you with its spicy and mineral ending.

Evocative wine of our Sicily for its flavor and its floral and citrus aromas, Kebrilla by Fina is a very fresh and elegant organic white wine, produced from Grillo grapes, the oldest Sicilian vine. Tasting it is like "taking a leap" to Sicily.

Full and intense taste for the Kikè of the Fina winery, white wine produced from Traminer Aromatico grapes, an aromatic variety planted in Sicily only recently, with a small percentage of Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Excellent to accompany appetizers, snacks and fish dishes. Surprising as an aperitif.

Cantine Fina's Mamarì is not the classic Sauvignon Blanc but it is a Sicilian Sauvignon Blanc. Calamossa Mandrarossa comes from the selection of the best autochthonous white berried grapes from the Menfi area and the surrounding areas. Its name is a tribute to the splendid inlet set between vineyards and sea, located in an uncontaminated strip of land, dotted with Mediterranean scrub and marsh flora.

Sensation of white earth aromas of chalk and limestone, delicate white flowers, in closing notes of citrus fruits and sour medlar, Fresh in the mouth and tasty with oxalis and green almound husk notes through the back of the nose. Carricante grapes This wine is produced in our Feudo di Mezzo winery, lying in the centre of Etna’s wine growing area, from Carricante grapes partially fermented in barriques. This is the result of searching for an expression of this noble grape cultivated in the unique and splendid terroir of Etna.

Grillo The terebinth is a shrub with glossy fronds, always associated with Sicily and the Mediterranean countryside from east to west. The Planeta Terebinto is a single-variety Grillo; aromatic and intense on the nose with notes of pink grapefruit, balanced and complex on the palate.

Versatile wine with a perfect balance between freshness and flavour
SP68 takes the name of a road that farmers already traveled three thousand years ago starting from the countryside with amphorae, and then barrels, and inside the fruit of their work, fatigue, joy, and again the smell of the earth. Fresh, slightly aromatic and of great finesse, SP68 Bianco is a fragrant and mineral white wine. Wealth and character enhance its drinkability and versatility.

The Chardonnay by the Principe di Corleone winery is made from grapes from low-yield vineyards. The soft pressing of the grapes and the fermentation of the must at low temperatures give rise to a wine full of personality, structure and refinement.

Prio Catarratto Lucido - Donnafugata Cellars
Sensual and fragrant white wine, Prio by Donnafugata is a Catarratto, or Lucido, an indigenous Sicilian mono-varietal that gives joy at the first sip. Fresh and pleasant on the palate, it offers marked citrus scents of cedar and grapefruit and delicate floral notes of elderberry. Perfect to sip and share with friends.

Let yourself be conquered by a glass of Passobianco 2020 wine by Passopisciaro, a Sicilian Chardonnay in purity grown on deep and mineral soils on the steep terraces of Contrada Guardiola at 850-1000 m asl. Passobianco 2020 is a vintage of excellent quality and it is characterized by freshness, good acidity and minerality. Its complexity is due to the combination of specific light conditions, temperature range, high altitude and volcanic soil that are found only on Etna.

Dalila Riserva by Feudo Arancio is a harmonious blend of grillo, a native Sicilian grape, and viognier, a grape originating from the Rhone valley. Its fruity aroma with citrus notes on the finish best expresses the sun and warmth of our Sicily.

Brilliant straw yellow, on the nose SurSur offers a fresh bouquet with notes of white fleshed fruit (peach and plum) combined with scents of wildflowers. A soft palate, the fruity notes return combined with pleasant freshness.

Cavanera Ripa di Scorciavacca is a Bianco Etna DOC cru that encapsulates in its intense and refined bouquet the aromas and complexity of a unique terroir in the field of Sicilian viticulture—the Etna Volcano. Firriato white, a union of Carricante and Catarratto. The vines’ strength give the wine a decisive character, with a balanced acidity and softness and an extraordinary potential longevity.

Zibibbo by Abbazia Santa Anastasia belongs to the I Sensi line. Among the five senses, the one paired with Zibibbo is Smell. Straw yellow in color with light greenish hues, Zibibbo L'Olfatto is inebriating on the nose with fresh aromas of fruit and floral notes. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, sapid and persistent.

NeroMosso is a rough white wine made from black grapes. It is produced, in fact, from Nerello Mascalese grapes, typical of the Etna area.

The Petralava Bianco is an Etna DOC that comes from the Carricante and Catarratto vines, on the slopes of Etna.

Produced from high quality Carricante grapes, Tenuta delle Terre Nere's Etna Bianco “Vigne Niche” Calderara Sottana is a cru from old and young vines. It is a wine of great complexity and longevity.

Etna Bianco DOC Superiore of Tenuta delle Terre Nere is produced from Carricante grapes in Milo, a territory suitable for the production of Superiori whites thanks to the perfect combination of altitude, climate and exposure to the sun. It is a sharp, slender, austere and aristocratic wine.

Among the finest crus of the Pietrarizzo district in Castiglione di Sicilia we find Etna Bianco Pietrarizzo di Tornatore, a savory and fresh wine, produced from 100% Carricante grapes.

The Etna Bianco Sentiero delle gerle di Mandrarossa is a wine from Carricante grapes, an indigenous Sicilian vine. It is a mineral white that smells of orange blossom and tells the essence of its territory of origin, the south-east side of Etna.

Gewurztraminer Tolloy is produced from vineyards grown in Alto Adige on the hill of Pochi, a hamlet of Salorno. Excellent with first courses, second courses based on shellfish, asparagus, tasty cooked pasta cheeses.

For this wine, we rely on the oldest vines in the Podere Massoni vineyard, planted on shaley-clay soils, on a low yield of 70 quintals per hectare, and a fairly late harvest date (mid October).

Pinot Grigio is an important grape of Hungarian origins. The grapes, when mature, have a very intense auburn color, which therefore forces no skin maceration during the wine making process. Thusly made, the wine is straw yellow color, with distant reflections that are reminiscent of the color of the grapes

Pezat Blanc is a dry white Bordeaux produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes with the addition of Muscadelle which gives it an exotic note. It is a fresh and fruity wine with a refreshing finish.

Dry Zibibbo Jasmin - Firriato
Obtained from Zibibbo grapes, Jasmin by Firriato is an elegant white wine rich in taste thanks to the aromatic characteristic of this native vine, vinified dry. Well represents the sunshine, the conviviality of Sicily and the Mediterranean charm. Great to drink in the company of friends.

Blend of Carricante and Catarratto grapes, Trainara by Alessandro Di Camporeale is a fragrant, fresh and mineral Etna wine that reveals citrus notes of pink grapefruit in the finish.

Made from autochthonous Catarratto Extra-Lucido grapes, Lucido di Cusumano is a Sicilian white wine that takes its name from the brightness of the grapes of the vine. It is characterized by a marked acidity compared to the common Catarratto.

The Shamaris of Cusumano is a Sicilian wine produced from native Grillo grapes. The name recalls the nearby sea and its air carried by the north winds. The hilly altitude of the vineyards favors the development of aromas and freshness.

Produced with the Charmat method, MaKiSè by Fina wineries is a young sparkling wine from 100% Grillo grapes. Fermentation in autoclave at low temperature gives it freshness and vivacity. Fruity notes and pleasant sapidity for a good white wine, evocative of the scents and the sea of Sicily.
