White Wines

Containers called Pithoi were used for fermentation, which gave the wines their particular smell and taste of quality which still endures today.

The grapes are equal proportions of Catarratto, Inzolia and Grillo, fermented at different times, with the resulting wines blended in November.

The charming grotto of Scurati in the medieval village of Custonaci is the namesake for the young wine made from the best selection of Grillo grapes from the vineyard on the highest hill of the estate. 

This is a fresh wine, which should be consumed within two years. The name refers to my family's Spanish origins and we produce 75,000 bottles of it.

Inzolia by Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine with a deep straw yellow color. Intense and harmonious bouquet with hints of fruit and white flowers. Fresh, lively, harmonious and persistent flavour.

The Pinot Bianco of Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine obtained from the homonymous vine. It is a wine for the whole meal, it goes pleasantly with appetizers, aperitifs, dishes based on fish and shellfish, soups and soft cheeses. Drunk chilled, it is an excellent aperitif.

Catarratto Chardonnay by Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine, with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and hints of Sicilian white flowers. Intense, fruity with remarkable character. Fresh and persistent on the palate.

Grillo von Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine with a golden yellow color from the Grillo grape variety. The taste is full and complex. The scent highlights notes of almond and floral scents.

Obtained from organic Catarratto Lucido grapes grown on the extraordinary Garcitella terroir, Terre della Baronia by Milazzo is a Sicilian white wine that offers Mediterranean aromas and ripe tropical fruit, with good verticality and acidity. The finish is elegant and persistent.

The Maria Costanza Bianco by Milazzo is a Sicilian white wine from Inzolia grapes and Chardonnay biotypes. It is a very intense and characteristic organic wine of a green Inzolia clone, which stands out original and delicate essences. Dry wine, lingering long in the mouth, very elegant, fine, with a silky consistency. It has good acidity, which is never aggressive and mixes in well, also a notably aromatic and lasting quality. 

Giada by Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine made from Trebbiano grapes and other typical grapes of the area. It is a fruity wine with aromatic notes, straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. The palate is delicate, subtle, balanced and pleasantly aromatic.

The first dry white wine from Zibibbo grapes on Pantelleria
Pietra Nera by Marco De Bartoli is a Sicilian white wine, born from Zibibbo grapes. It is a fresh wine vinified in steel with fruity and floral notes. Great to accompany sushi and sashimi!

The Chardonnay by the Principe di Corleone winery is made from grapes from low-yield vineyards. The soft pressing of the grapes and the fermentation of the must at low temperatures give rise to a wine full of personality, structure and refinement.

Fresh and young vintage wine
Inzolia Molino a Vento is a well structured wine with a fresh and savory taste, with a long and persistent finish. It presents intense aromas ranging from fruity aromas of green apple to acacia floral.

Zibibbo Bahar is one of the six autochthonous mono-varietals that best represent the peculiarities and nuances of the Valle del Belìce area.
It is a wine with an intense yellow color, with fruity and floral aromas reminiscent of citrus fruits, peaches and yellow melons, the result is a great taste-olfactory balance.
It belongs to the medium-compact ''Terra Bianca'' category. The dry microclimate with good water retention makes this land the ideal habitat for the cultivation of native white varietals.

Production areaMuscat grapes, namely the variety “Muscat of Alexandria”, originally from Egypt, was introduced in Sicily and adopted the name zabbibo, from Arab zabib. Historically zabbibo be used for the production of sweet wines i still perfectly adapted to the production of excellent dry white wine is an example of this is our Taif wine.

Produced with the Charmat method, MaKiSè by Fina wineries is a young sparkling wine from 100% Grillo grapes. Fermentation in autoclave at low temperature gives it freshness and vivacity. Fruity notes and pleasant sapidity for a good white wine, evocative of the scents and the sea of Sicily.

Moscato Bianco Adorè by Casa di Grazia Winery - Organic Wine
