Cantine Fina's Mamarì is not the classic Sauvignon Blanc but it is a Sicilian Sauvignon Blanc. The Chardonnay by the Principe di Corleone winery is made from grapes from low-yield vineyards. The soft pressing of the grapes and the fermentation of the must at low temperatures give rise to a wine full of personality, structure and refinement.
