White Wines

This is a fresh wine, which should be consumed within two years. The name refers to my family's Spanish origins and we produce 75,000 bottles of it.
The grapes are equal quantities of Catarratto and Inzolia, fermented separately. The wines are blended in November.

Straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. Elegant, subtle bouquet, with the aroma of spring flowers to the fore. Fresh palate with an inviting acidity.

Inzolia by Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine with a deep straw yellow color. Intense and harmonious bouquet with hints of fruit and white flowers. Fresh, lively, harmonious and persistent flavour.

The Pinot Bianco of Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine obtained from the homonymous vine. It is a wine for the whole meal, it goes pleasantly with appetizers, aperitifs, dishes based on fish and shellfish, soups and soft cheeses. Drunk chilled, it is an excellent aperitif.

Charme Bianco Firriato - Sparkling wine
Fresh, mineral and seductive, Charme Bianco by Firriato is a dynamic Sicilian white wine for the most cheerful and carefree moments. Its name seems to attributed by the vine-grovers of Viagrande because of its characteristics of allowing a good, constant production over the years. The bunches, at ripeness, are of average length usually, and scattered; the grape is of medium-sized with very pruinose skin and a greenyellowish color. The pulp is juicy and the taste is simple and sweet. 

Bunches of the excellent Grillo, one of several white wines that respects the traditions of Sicilian wine. Vinification: in barriques and oak tonneaux French Evolution: 8 months on the lees in barrels and 2 months in bottle 

Aromas suggest citrus and stone fruit. The juicy palate delivers white peach, green apple and a hint of lemon zest alongside soft but refreshing acidity. It's simple but well-made with a clean finish

Calamossa Mandrarossa comes from the selection of the best autochthonous white berried grapes from the Menfi area and the surrounding areas. Its name is a tribute to the splendid inlet set between vineyards and sea, located in an uncontaminated strip of land, dotted with Mediterranean scrub and marsh flora.

Fresh and with delicate vegetal notes, Urra di Mare is a savory and mineral white wine with a persistent finish. To distinguish it from the Sauvignon produced in other areas is the beneficial action of the sea breeze.

Produced with the Charmat method, MaKiSè by Fina wineries is a young sparkling wine from 100% Grillo grapes. Fermentation in autoclave at low temperature gives it freshness and vivacity. Fruity notes and pleasant sapidity for a good white wine, evocative of the scents and the sea of Sicily.
