Angimbè Cusumano
It takes its name from the woods of the town of Salemi. Angimbé, a wine marked by its scent ranging from the perfume of fresh flowers to that of ripe fruit, is born from the union of the Sicilian personality of Insolia grapes and the elegance of Chardonnay grapes.

GRAPES: Insolia 70%, Chardonnay 30%.
PRODUCTION AREA: Tenuta Ficuzza, Piana degli Albanesi (PA)
ALTITUDE: 700 m a.s.l.
EXPOSURE: Insolia to the southeast, Chardonnay to the east.
AVERAGE OF VINES: Insolia 10 years, Chardonnay 6 years.
TRAINING SYSTEM: Espalier-trained vineyards
DENSITY: 5,000 plants per hectare.
YIELD: 60 q of grapes per hectare.
HARVEST: Manual, during the first ten days of September.
VINIFICATION: Cold maceration of the skins for 12 hours at 8°C, pneumatic pressing, cold decantation, fermentation at 18-20°C, permanence in steel on the fine lees for 4 months and subsequent refinement in the bottle.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5%
TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow in color, it offers floral and spicy scents. The flavor is complex and refined.
