VINESTOCK USED: depending on the grape quality, the grapes are stripped off the bunches and, while whole, lightly pressed in pneumatic presses with central bellows.
The grape juice is fermented in stainless steel, thermostatically controlled wine vats.
REFINING: Bottling takes place by spring of the first year following harvesting and the wine is laid down in the winery, at a controlled temperature for two months before being sold.
COLOUR: Light straw yellow with shades of green.
BOUQUET: Pleasing, diverse and fresh; heavy scent of white flowers.
TASTE: Clean, delicate, characteristic. A touch of fragrant acidity gives it a fresh and keen taste.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.5% by volume.
BEST SAVOURED WITH: Hors d’oevres, fish, white meats and with any delicately flavoured foods.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12° c.
KEEPS: About two years, longer if stored in ideal locations at a maximum of 12° C
