The Catarratto Chardonnay by Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine blend of native grapes, the Catarratto, and international, the Chardonnay which has found the ideal climatic conditions in Sicily.

Grape varieties: 50% Catarratto, 50% Chardonnay
Production zone: Corleone (Western Sicily)
Vineyard altitude: Catarratto 700 m a.s.l., Chardonnay 350 m a.s.l.
Harvest period: the Chardonnay on August 7-8; the Catarratto on 2-3 October
Fermentation: soft pressing at controlled temperature of 16-18°C in stainless steel tank for 10-12 days
Malolactic fermentation: not carried out
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol
Colour: straw yellow with greenish hues
Nose: broad and exuberant bouquet
Palate: fresh and wide with excellent balance between acidity, flavor and volume
Serving temperature: 16-20°C
