Catarratto 2023 Organic wine from Baglio di Pianetto – In Purezza Wines

The Catarratto of Baglio di Pianetto is a single-varietal wine that belongs to the In Purity line. Baglio di Pianetto wines are superior quality wines, produced by sustainable viticulture that puts respect for the territory, nature and people first. Produced at 750 m above sea level, Catarratto is a high-altitude wine with a rich and complex aromatic profile that offers intense aromas and extraordinary salinity. An excellent white wine with balanced acidity, pleasant to drink which, thanks to the experience of the internationally renowned Italian oenologist Graziana Grassini, becomes a protagonist in the project to enhance Sicilian wine production.
